By the time Mark was 40 his body had broken down. He was full of stress, had become fat, and his energy level was always low.
Mark was frustrated for years when he and others, who were Christians would see limited results for prayers offered for healing. So, he did extensive research.
The focus has been on the cure vs prevention of disease. That is Western medicine. Rather than keeping us healthy doctors are trained to help maintain us during sickness. Western medicine looks to maintain health through synthetic pharmaceutical medicines which often have severe side effects vs diet or natural means of recovering and maintaining health. Dr. Gerson died in 1959 and was eulogized by Nobel Prize winner Albert Schweitzer whose wife was healed of tuberculosis by Dr Gerson.
The Genesis Diet Heals!

Heart Disease….Cholesterol levels in one’s bloodstream are probably the strongest indicator of one’s risk of developing heart disease. When cholesterol increases so does risk of heart disease.
