I’m a professional driver, leadership coach, and prison-ministry leader. My work has taught me how much direction, responsibility, and the people around us matter.

I created Purpose Roadmap and The Convoy to help people recognize their God-given worth and take practical steps toward a life of meaningful contribution.

This work is for adults from all walks of life. You don’t need a trucking background or a leadership title.
